Hacker on MyPark? - NBA 2K17

Ran into this guy at the Park a few days ago which could be a hacker or not. He said it's a glitch but i have seen him on different parks at different times being invisible. Either way, here's the vid, thought it would be interesting due to me just playing an invisible man.
