If you haven't installed it yet, this way is easier.

Step 1: DOWNLOAD NBA 2K17 Apk + obb. Do not download a modded version.

Step 2: Download lucky patcher, open it and you'll find an option below. Tap "rebuild & install."

Step 3: Find your apk, click on it and choose rebuild. Now choose APK Rebuilt for InApp and LVL emulation, then tap rebuild and wait for it.

Step 4: Extract your obb zip file. Put the folder "com.t2ksports.nba2k17android" to Android / obb

Step 5: Go to Android / data / com.android.vending.billing.../ files / LuckyPatcher / Modified / NBA.2k17

Step 6: Install the apk. Open it and purchase VC. Tap yes and now you have unlimited VC.
